This ticket allows you to pay a deposit upfront and pay the remaining balance at a later date with a single payment.

If for any reason you cannot pay the remaining balance of the ticket, an amount of your deposit may be returned at the organiser's discretion, however this will be less than your original deposit to cover AWC EVENTS’s handling charges.

Once the payment is settled for the ticket price, your tickets will be released and issued to you.

Handling charges are paid on your first instalment, the price of these are displayed upfront when you are paying the deposit, and you are not charged any hidden fees on top of this.

Welcome to “The All White Day Party”, one of Europe’s largest and coveted stylish annual music day party events held across some of England’s most prestigious venues.

The day party has grown into a must-attend lifestyle brand event over the last six years. “The All White Coco Day Party”, taking place in June, is now so popular we decided to create “The All Black Coco Day Party”, a December event that now has quickly matched the ticket demand for its sister “All White Day Party.

An occasion born for the style setters across two marquees with full production featuring elite DJs playing soul, rnb, reggae, hip-hop, afro beats, afro house, revival, rare groove & slow jams.

This year we will be taking All White Coco to one of the most historic and largest music venues in the country.

What is the Handling Charge for?

To ensure tickets are delivered safely and securely and to keep the price as low as possible for you, the ticket buyer, AWC EVENTS generally uses our E-ticket system unless otherwise stated.

For this service we charge a small Handling Fee to cover the debit/credit card processing fees, customer services, processing and distribution of tickets and our secure server costs. We always try to keep these costs to an absolute minimum. If you feel at any time that our prices are not fair or competitive we'd be happy to hear from you.

Delivery

If you have ordered physical paper tickets there is a further Delivery cost added to cover the delivery of your order through the Royal Mail network.

We always endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible to merely cover the costs of postage. We only charge you one Delivery cost per order so if there is a big group of you recommend purchasing larger amounts in one order.

When you purchase tickets through AWC EVENTS, the full face value of the ticket is shown. This price is the price set by the event organiser and we pay this full amount to the organiser without any deductions.
